Not the greatest birthday

I thought I would be able to keep the noise down for my 70th birthday but it was not to be. I quieted the noise but when I stood up from my routine, it returned. Can't remember this happening before. While it wasn't as bad as yesterday, it was not the peace and quiet I thought I deserved for this special day. Oh well.
