I know more about quieting tinnitus than any doctor on the planet.
My Tinnitus Noise Management Routine can help you get control of your tinnitus. If you are a dedicated individual, you will get results. I start my routine most mornings between 5:30 am and 6:00 am. I can quiet the noise in as little as half an hour but it usually takes an hour or more. Beyond two hours, the chances of quieting the noise for the day are slim and that's when I grin and bear the pain. Why it doesn't always work is a great mystery to me and I've been doing the routine for years. Often it's some kind of distraction like a car starting or a garbage truck backing up.
This is not a permanent fix or at least it hasn't been for me. My tinnitus returns at night once I begin to fall asleep. The control I achieve to lower the noise is relinquished every night. Why? I think it has something to do with the subconscious mind.
I assure you this is not a scam. That fact that I am alive today is a testament to its validity because on a scale of one to ten when my tinnitus is torturing me, it's ten times ten.

Diary
I am posting every day on how my routine is doing, if I'm having a quiet day or not. I hope to increase the number of positive days by posting this information, a challenge to my inner self to rise up to the challenge. Maybe one day the tinnitus will be gone forever. Have a look.
